Mid-Hudson Conference Player Of The Week

Congratulations to the Mid-Hudson Conference Player of the week for the week of 4/8-4/14  #24 Gianna Catletti 

In two games against Suffolk County Catletti had 9 at bats with 7 hits, 3 doubles, 1 Homerun and 8 RBI's. She also pitched for 7.1 innings, allowing only 4 hits and 1 run scored with 8 strike outs. The freshman from Minisink Valley Highschool has been a huge contributor to the Colts all season and finished off the week with a .688 Batting Average with 11 hits in 16 at bats, 4 doubles and 1 Home run, 12.1 Innings Pitched allowing 12 hits and just 4 runs for a 2.98 ERA with 8 strike outs. 

Gianna is currently ranked amongst the Top 20 players in all of Division II NJCAA Softball (Ranked at #18) for season Batting Average sitting at .534, Catletti also ranks just outside of the Top 50 in Runs Batted in currently tied for 51st with 4 other athletes. Catletti and the Colts take on the Skylanders of Sussex County on Thursday April 18th at 3:00 est at Sussex Community College
