Colts vs Bronx Community College

The SUNY Orange Colts took on the Broncos of Bronx Community College in a Thursday night non conference showdown where the Colts were able to take care of business and improve their record to 13-4 as this marked their 3rd win of 2024 and their 5th win in a row 

In a dominating performance the Colts took care of business as they defeated the Broncos 102-65. This win comes from the help of 4 players who have made an impact to the game all year. 

Freshman, #2 Mat Shea (Wallkill, NY) was tonight's leading scorer as he finished with 24 points  in just 28 minutes of playing time. Mat was also able to grab 9 rebounds and came away with two blocks and one steal on the defensive end

Sophomore, #3 Jared Smalls (Middletown, NY) continued to do what he does best as he finished with 2 points and 13 assists while also grabbing 4 rebounds and snatching two steals on the defensive end. 

Sophomore, #4 Daniel Lans (Spring, Valley, NY) finished with his first double-double of the season as he finished with 18 points and also grabbed 10  rebounds. Lans also dished out 6 assists and came away with 6 steals as he was the player of the game 

Sophomore, #23 Tyreke Harewood (Bridgetown, Barbados) finished as the second leading scorer of the game. Harewood finished the game with 22 points with just 20 minutes of playtime he also finished with 7 rebounds and one steal.
