The SUNY Orange Colts traveled to Suffolk County to take on the Sharks for a Saturday afternoon showdown as the Colts were still looking for their first win of the season. The Colts would end up losing this game 2-0 after not being able to get much production on the offensive side.
The Sharks were able to get the first points on the board after scoring in the 6th minute of the game and with some great defensive plays neither team was able to put up any points for the remainder of the first half. In the second half of the game both teams were having their troubles getting the chances they were looking for on offense as the first 25 minutes of the first half were scoreless until minute 66 where Suffolk would push their lead to 2 goals.
The Colts will look to brush off this loss and look to their next opponent in Westchester Community College on Tuesday September 24th at 4:00
