Colts vs Waves of Kingsborough
On Saturday October 5th the SUNY Orange Colts took on the 6-3-2 Waves of Kingsborough in what was a quiet match for both teams, neither team was able to gain an advantage and score a goal for the entirety of the first half and majority of the second half until So #11 Harrison Coard scored the first goal with under 20 minutes of play left in the game. Making a heads up play to give the Colts their first lead of the game they looked to hold out the rest of the game and deny any chance that Kingsborough had at tying the game at 1-1.
With 5 minutes left in the match the Colts were defending every offensive possession that was thrown their way until one moment that changed the game, the Waves would tie the game up at 1-1 with 4:30 left in the game. After almost 90 minutes of play the Waves managed to score the final goal of the game giving them a 2-1 victory over the Colts.
