Colts vs Dutchess Community College Falcons
The SUNY Orange Colts took on the Falcons from Dutchess County Community College and were able to jump out to an early lead in the bottom of the first inning after a Julia Sorrentino double scoring one run followed by a three-run-homerun from Gianna Catletti who launched the ball deep into center field scoring 4 runs in just two hits the Colts had a comfortable lead to start the game and that did not mean that they would be slowing down as they would go on and score a total of 10 runs in the second and third inning of the game with the Falcons only scoring three runs in that time. For just the second time this season the Colts amassed 20+ hits in the game, last time they did something like this was on April 15th where the Colts collected 33 hits. The Colts had a great day inside the batter's box as they did not get a single strikeout and had a ton of patience collecting four walks as a team. Jaylee Ramos, Julia Sorrentino, Dawn Grover and Nicole Imhoff each collected three hits in the game while Gianna Catletti had a historic game as she went 4-for-4 with two home runs, one double and collected 7 total runs batted in.

Game two was much like the first as the Colts jumped out to a six run lead in their first few at bats as it started off with Nicole Imhoff and ended with Nicole Imhoff after earning a walk in her first at bat of the inning she doubles on a line drive to right field which would drive in teammates Gianna Catletti and Jaylee Ramos to score runs five. The Colts then managed to score five more runs to give the Colts a 10 run lead. Another fantastic game inside the batter's box, with 24 appearances as a team they collected 12 hits and 11 runs while only striking out just once and walking to first base six different times. Molly Martin, Gabriella Olivo and Madeline Brennan each collected two hits in the game and they each collected a run batted in.
Madeline Brennan pitched game number two pitching another five innings while surrendering just three hits and one run, striking out seven batters and walking two in 22 batters faced.
