Colts vs Monroe Express

The SUNY Orange Colts have suffered their second loss in a row as they have lost their match up against the Monroe Express. This game was nothing but exciting as at the beginning of the 4th and final quarter the score stands at 48-30 as the Colts find themselves in an 18 point deficit until Amiyah Nguyen stepped in and scored 14 points in just the 4th quarter alone to help cut down their lead. With under 5 minutes left the Colts went on a 15 point scoring spree to tie the game at 55 with :52 seconds left in the game and after a heartbreaking turnover the Colts lose 57-55 as they fall to 2-4 on the season. 

Sophomore, #1 Amiyah Nguyen was the star performer of the game as she finished with 28 points, a miraculous 10 steals she also dished out 2 assists and grabbed 4 rebounds.

Sophomore, #3 Liliana Ramirez finished tonight's game with 14 points, a wonderful 15 rebounds (2 short of her season high).

Freshman, #12 Taniyah Montgomery had a quiet night scoring the ball as she only scored 3 points but was able to tally 10 rebounds and 3 steals to make up for it.
