Colts vs Brookdale Jersey Blues

The SUNY Orange Colts played in a morale boosting win as they took care of business as they have just one more game before the holiday break as they take on Raritan Valley Community College Tuesday, December 19th.

The Colts defeated the Jersey Blues of Brookdale 65-50 in a dominating game where they outscored their opponent in three out of the four quarters as they earned a demanding lead and kept it. This win improves their record to 5-5 through the first 10 games. Leading scorer Amiyah Nguyen was just one point shy of tying her career high in points as she finished with 27 points while shooting 63.2 percent from the field along with her dominant offensive performance she also allocated 5+ stats in 3 different categories.

Sophomore, #1 Amiyah Nguyen earns the performance of the night title as she finishes with 27 points while adding 8 assists, 7 steals and 6 rebounds.

Freshman, #23 Victoria Harrison scores the second most points in the game as she finished with 9 points while also adding 6 steals, 4 rebounds and 2 assists.

Sophomore, #3 Liliana Ramirez finished the game scoring 7 points and added 4  rebounds and one assist.
