Colts vs Kingsborough Waves

This past Saturday the Colts played in a double header against Kingsborough and Queensborough and the Colts were able to go 1-1 getting their only victory against Kingsborough in a intense back and forth match as the Colts won the first set in a high scoring set of 27-25. They went on to win the next set to give them a 2-0 lead but was unable to close out the next two sets as Kingsborough came back to even the score at 2-2. The 5th and final set always will be shorter than the others being the total score you need is 15 not 25 and thankfully the Colts did just that as they won 15-12 to close out their victory over Kingsborough 3-2

Sophomore #6 Maggie Goodenough had a miraculous game as she tallied 4 kills, 2 assists, 2 service aces and  35 digs.

Freshman, #5 Gabriella Dandrade had a great game leading her team with 9 kills and also tallied 3 assists and 1 dig

Freshman, #7 Alivia Torres finished off with 4 service aces and also had 21 digs 

Freshman, #15 Kyanna Sanchez had an overall great night and was all over the stat sheet earning positive stats in 5 different categories. 6 kills, 15 assists, 7 service aces, 7 digs and 13
